When placing an order make sure you send us your full company data.
- full address for billing and shipment
- full company name and VAT code
- full name of contact person and contact details
We accept payment by:
- credit card on orders smaller than EUR 1500.00
- Bank Transfer on orders over EUR 250.00
- 30 days NET invoice for selected customers
Goods are to be delivered as described in our invoice or quotation within 5 to 25 working days to your shipping address. Please take into account that due to current shipping and logistics situation those times may be longer as our suppliers may face low stock levels.
Industrial Control may apply a compensation charge as an estimate of administrative and other wasted costs incurred by it’s company to the Customer of Euro 140 for outstanding sums up to Euro 999.99; Euro 420 for outstanding sums between Euro 1,000 and Euro 5,000 ; and Euro 640 for outstanding sums of Euro 5,000 or more.
7 Day Return Policy
Merchandise in its original condition that has not been processed or altered and still in its original packaging, may be returned for a full refund, excluding any 3rd party freight charges, within 7 days if accompanied by an original receipt unopened in the original package. Traceability must have been maintained on all material.
Refunds
15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY TO:
Items pulled from warehouse requiring fork-lift or special handling, or any items 2.0 Kgs or heavier.
Items that were delivered by our truck or shipment was already for you prepared via UPS , FedEX or DHL. Additional freight charges may apply.
All Special Order Items will be charged the re-stocking fee assessed by its supplier plus a 15% handling fee.
ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED:
Refurbished , used or installed items. Opened pack items.
Products that have been damaged during installation.
Software licenses, CD’s, USB sticks.
